Wintaka Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Wintaka platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Wintaka account, you agree to everything set out below.

Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Wintaka. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Wintaka platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Wintaka platform at wintaka.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the Wintaka platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who place real-money bets in BDT.

Wintaka reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 02 Eligibility

To register and play on Wintaka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Wintaka is strictly an 18+ platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.
  • You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Wintaka employee or partner organisation.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the Wintaka platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Wintaka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Wintaka account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending withdrawals being voided.

When registering your Wintaka account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

  • Your Wintaka account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Wintaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Wintaka supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in taka is what appears in your Wintaka wallet in taka.

Deposits are credited to your Wintaka account instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Wintaka support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate immediately.

  • The minimum deposit amount on Wintaka is BDT 200.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Wintaka does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
  • Most withdrawals complete within 3 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours, contact support.
  • Wintaka does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider are outside Wintaka's control.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard compliance procedures.

Wintaka does not hold player funds in the platform wallet beyond what is needed for active play. Funds not used within 12 months of the last login may be subject to dormant account procedures as outlined in Section 8.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Wintaka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Wintaka Offers page. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

  • The Wintaka welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
  • Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the offer page before you opt in.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account.
  • Wintaka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts will not be affected by the withdrawal of an offer.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk, or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
  • Free spins and free game credits issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Wintaka platform use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history, or any other factor. Wintaka publishes the certified RTP figure for every game on the game's information page.

By playing any game on Wintaka, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Wintaka does not accept disputes based on a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your Wintaka wallet.
  • If a game displays an incorrect RTP or payout figure due to a software error, Wintaka reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players will be notified of any such correction.
  • Wintaka does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
  • Game history is logged for every session. In the event of a dispute, Wintaka's server-side game logs are the definitive record of what occurred during a session.
07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Wintaka platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

  • Creating more than one Wintaka account for any reason.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Wintaka platform or its underlying software.
  • Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform in any way.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error must be reported to support immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Wintaka staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Attempting to claim a bonus or promotion that you are not eligible for.

Wintaka actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily held while the review is completed. Wintaka cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Wintaka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited conduct.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. Wintaka aims to complete all account investigations within 7 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed immediately.

  • If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned at Wintaka's discretion.
  • Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — will be flagged. Wintaka will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy fee of BDT 100 may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month period.
  • You may close your Wintaka account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days.
09 Responsible Gaming

Wintaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools that every registered player can access from their account settings at any time, without needing to contact support.

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a chosen period of continuous play.
  • Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (minimum 6 weeks) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
